An intercession for children and young people

Tantra is not just about massages, Tantra cares for all aspects in life. Recently one of my customers told me about his teenager children, he is worried because they have just finished high school, but they don't know what to do in life. I hear that quite often, also when I am in Germany. My advice was to be patient and to give them all the time they need for "de-schooling" (don't know if there's such a word, if not then it's my own creation). They have to discover their interests and talents, which school has destroyed. Yes, I see this so seriously, therefore it would be a better idea for parents to allow their children to grow up in freedom, not to go to school at all, what is legally possible in this country in contrast to Germany where children have to go to school by law, yes police comes to parents home if they don't send their children to school. But the majority of parents think children need schools, they have expectations, they want their children being successful and to get a good well-paid job. But what do children really need? Every child comes into this world with his own talents, but they can only unfold these in freedom. So parents should learn to have more trust in their children, every child will find it's way in life and will learn what they need in life, because children are curious and they like to learn, but what they want to learn is different for each child, they will find their own teachers, this is important for them to choose their own teachers. But they also can be their own teachers, we can learn a lot from children if they are allowed to be free.

There's a young man in Germany, he is a brain coach and his name is Ricardo Leppe. He has developed a method how to learn more quickly and to learn the school stuff more quickly, so maybe to learn it in a few weeks instead of one year. So teachers can then do with the spare time other things what is more important for the childrens' development, what is for example singing and playing outside. Ricardo is now being invited by schools to introduce his method. But he also say that children don't need schools from his point of view, it is rare that children are happy to go to school. More and more German parents agree to his thoughts and want their children live in freedom, he shows them how they can realize it in a legal way. Though the majority of German parents send their children to school, the number of parents who want to go another way for their children is increasing more and more every year. Ricardo says this is not a revolution but an evolution, there's no way back for this development. I think this will soon swap over to other countries. This makes me happy when I think of free children, being allowed to unfold their individual talents.

These thoughts were in my head the last days and I have to share it. And a song came along from 1978 by the German songwriter Bettina Wegner "Kinder" (Children).
A few words about Bettina's biography:

She was born 1947 and lived in East Berlin. So she experienced the oppression and control of the communist state.

This song is so impressive.

English translation of the song:
"Children" (So tiny hands)
So tiny hands with tiny fingers, you may not beat them, they will then break.
So tiny feet with so little toes, you may not step on them, otherwise they can't walk.
So tiny ears, sharp and you may allow, you may not shout loudly into them, otherwise they will become deaf.
Such a beautiful mouth which truly speaks out everything, you may not forbid it from speaking, otherwise nothing will come out of it anymore
So clear eyes, which are still able to see everything clearly, you may not cover them, otherwise they won't understand anymore.
So tiny souls, open and completely free, you may not torture them, otherwise they will break.

Such a tiny backbone/spine, they can't stand stable yet, you may not bend it, otherwise it will break.

Straight, clear-thinking people would be a nice goal, people without backbone do we have plenty already.

------ There's a German saying: to show backbone / spine. It means to be strong enough to live your own life and your own beliefs.
