How we enter this world

An important topic crossed my way and you can say it's the most important topic, because it effects all of us, it's the way we enter this world. It is so urgent that we speak in public about this, so I can't myself hold back to write about it:

Most people in the modern western countries are traumatized because of the way they were born. I have heard many reports from women in Germany and the UK who have given birth in a hospital and they experienced a nightmare. The reason why many pregnant women choose to go into hospital for giving birth is that they think it's safer than a home birth, their wish is having a natural birth, but they very often end up with a c-section although they had an uncomplicated pregnancy.  Why? Because the doctors often set the women in fear, I don't think they do it deliberately, but I think they are trained to see a problem in mostly everything, they don't believe in the power of the woman and there's often a lack of empathy. So many people think giving birth is dangerous. But every woman is able to give birth in a natural way, it's important that she trust her body. An induction and pda doesn't belong to a  natural birth and these chemicals are bad for the body and the baby, they are disturbing the natural process. Once the women are set in fear by the doctors it has a very bad impact. For giving birth it's important that the woman is open. But when she is in fear her body closes up and the birth process stops or goes backwards, because the body gets the signal that there's a danger. So the woman comes than to a point where she gives in and she ends up with a c-section.
What really shocked me was when I heard that here in hospital c-sections are mostly routine, because the doctors don't want to wait. Giving birth within the time schedule of the hospital, this is cruel and against the women and the babies, because every baby has the right to decide when it wants to enter this world.  Interfering in this way is an abuse.

These doctors don't seem to know or they are not interested in the fact that any interfering in the natural birth process is a trauma for woman and child, and a C-section is a cruel interfering, which traumatizes the baby for the whole life. So after a C-section the babies cry a lot and they have a high demand of being loved. And often the women have problems to fall in love with their babies.

Therefore in my view women should avoid the hospitals and give birth at home. They should learn to trust their bodies, at home they are more relaxed. They can look for a midwife if there's a lack of confidence, but it should be someone who is. not interfering and is mostly in the background. Giving birth is a private act between woman and child. It is an initiation for woman and child.  In the first hours the baby should only be with the parents and no strangers. Only a natural birth and a loving environment is a good start into life and so important for the development to a self-confident person.

The problem is that most women are not in their female power, because we are a traumatized society, they were already born in a traumatic way. Therefore most men are not in their male power, I can see that, because so many men have problems with their prostate, prostate cancer etc... There's a big power in women and a big birth power. It's about that women find again this power inside them what they have lost because of traumatisation. When they discover this power and find trust in themselves then the men will follow and they then find their male power again.

If you are pregnant and need support or when you want to talk about your birth trauma you can contact me by email. Because so many women are not being heard or fear to speak about it.
